Quase Corpo

Cine-Teatro Garrett, Sala de Ensaios (Rehearsal Room)

"Quase corpo" is a contemporary dance performance, which originated from a personal research work about movement and its qualities. Questioning himself about When and Where we are, the choreographer develops the investigation in three moments: the exploration of a window space that is occupied and serves as a place of absorption; a way to interpret the passage of time, letting himself be absorbed by the novelty or surrendering to the repetitive side of the hours; and the will to communicate with himself and with others, sometimes letting himself foresee different characters that are present within his own being and that manifest themselves in different ways, giving rise to an encounter of memories that make this narrative a form of personal expression.
