The “DICTAFONE” writing workshop proposes a series of creative writing exercises that aim to construct an individual text with a strong autobiographical character, but in a collective dynamic. Here, the sequence of the writing process is reversed and "speaking" precedes "writing". Like someone recording a dictation for later transcription, using a dictaphone or a simple cell phone, the text is brought to the scene even before it has been written. Fixation on paper allows interpretation by others and whoever writes is confronted, first, with the recording of their spoken voice, then with the experience of seeing themselves in another person's body. The group’s creative process communicates with the show “Obrigada por terem vindo”, which will be presented at FIS 2025.
